Mutual NDA

MUTUAL NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (SUMMARY FOR ELECTRONIC ACKNOWLEDGMENT) By checking the box below and submitting this form, you ("Disclosing Party" / "Client") and OntoLogic Controls ("Receiving Party") agree that: 1. All part prints, CAD models (.STEP/.IGES), material specifications, machine/controller details, and related technical data submitted through this portal are Confidential Information. 2. OntoLogic Controls will use Confidential Information solely to evaluate, program, simulate, and deliver the requested CNC toolpaths, and will not disclose it to any third party without written consent. 3. Confidential Information will be retained only as long as needed to complete and support the engagement, and will be deleted or returned upon request. 4. This electronic acknowledgment, together with the typed signature and timestamp captured below, is intended by both parties to be a legally binding execution of a mutual non-disclosure agreement for this engagement. 5. A fully negotiated, counter-signed NDA document can be substituted at either party's request before any files are reviewed — contact us using the details on the OntoLogic Controls website to arrange this.
